Hello, my name is Ella. I offer one-on-one tutoring for students and creatives of all ages. My studio is based in Buderim, and is available to book for anyone looking to grow their creativity or improve their artworks.

I offer in depth guidance across drawing, painting and art theory. Mediums I am best at include graphite drawing, oil painting, digital illustration and spray painting.

I graduated Year 12 with a Very High Achievement in Visual Art (VHA 10), which was the highest attainable grade. After this I completed a Bachelor of Fine Art (Honours) at the Queensland College of Art, and have gone on to pursue a professional career as a gallery artist, freelance illustrator, muralist and drawing instructor.

What’s included?

Guidance in your creative area of interest, materials (exceptions outlined below), tea/coffee.

Mediums

All materials provided, with the exception of the following:

For painting, please bring your own canvas. For digital art, please bring a laptop or iPad, etc. I am able to provide a Wacom Cintiq 16 or Wacom Bamboo for PC/Mac.

Provided materials:
Oil paints and mediums, acrylic paints, brushes, coloured pencils, graphite, drawing utensils, charcoal, acrylic inks, paper for wet mediums, drawing paper, canvas paper, Wacom Cintiq 16 or Wacom Bamboo.

If you have materials that you especially love, i.e., special pencils, favourite paints, etc. please feel to bring them with you.

First Session: Free!

Hour session: $60
Suggested for general art making and art theory tutoring. Not advised for oil painting, which is an especially time consuming medium.

2 Hours: $110 ($55/hour)
Suggested for oil painting and an overall more detailed teaching experience. Suitable for all mediums.

3 Hours: $150 ($50/hour)
Very detailed and thorough teaching in your area of interest. Best for anyone who is looking for an in-depth crash course on a new medium, or wanting to tackle an area of personal difficulty.

Availability
Bookings are available Monday - Thurs from 3:30pm - 6:30pm. Feel free to reach out if you are interested in tutoring outside of these hours.

Rescheduling & Cancellation
To reschedule, please call and let me know more than 24 hours ahead of your booking. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee at the end of your next session.

You will receive confirmation over phone prior to your first appointment. This will include the studio address.
